Krasin and Gianella
[ship offload] For a while the icebreaker Krasin and the fuel tanker Lawrence H Gianella were tied up side by side - - the Gianella was offloading 235,000 barrels of fuel and the Krasin came in to get fresh water. Apparently Krasin's reverse osmosis unit is down. There is a gang plank connecting the two ships. Note how low in the water the Gianella is at the start of offload. The beige fuel lines make an "S" on the ice pier to the right.
