Yum...yum...I've never seen it before.

It looks so delicious... (takes a big bite)... and it tastes....sweet...and...(takes another big bite).... I don't want to be rude Mummy Marian, but it tastes like more!

A crompouce is a cross between a croissant and a tompouce. Instead of puff pastry, croissant dough is used. It is filled with pastry cream and coated with pink icing
