Fire (Peter and the Dragon 8)

Peter, Oleg and Baby Dragon are back home after visiting witch Krikkrak. She possesses a potion, Schierker Feuerstein, which can make Baby Dragon (cannot spit fire )better again.

After Baby Dragon had 1 drop of it, they returned home. Now...a few weeks later, the little dragon still does not spit fire....

 

PETER: (sad)

I'm going for a walk with BD Oleg.

 

OLEG: (relaxing in the deck chair and enjoying the sun)

Ok...as long as you don't bother me.

I need rest!

 

PETER:

I won't bother you Oleg...I know that like Paddy, you are getting older and older bears get tired rather quickly and need to sleep often and....

 

OLEG:

Will you be quiet for a moment Peter, otherwise I won't be able to sleep

 

Baby Dragon starts coughing...coughing harder....even harder.

Nostrils become big holes....a big ball of fire comes out!!!!

 

PETER:

Unbelievable! I have to tell Oleg (walks quickly towards Oleg)

Oleg...Oleg...Oleg!!!!!!

Baby Dragon can spit fire!!!!

Schierker Feuerstein worked!

 

OLEG:

Huh...what...?

(A loud scream)

Fire!!! Help!!! Water!!!!

Call fire brigade, police, ambulance!!!!

Call Mummy Marian!

 

PETER:

Don't be so panicky Oleg

Why do you always behave so strangely.

You should be happy and you're not

 

OLEG:

No I'm not happy because the parasol is on fire and soon the whole house will be on fire!

 

PETER:

It's only a parasol Oleg. Besides, we are outside and not in the house.

I'll ask Mummy Marian for a new one.

 

OLEG:

I'm just going to put my head under the cold tap....I have a headache
