No Fuzzy they are not teardrops, but raindrops.

If you look closer than you can see them sparkling.

 

It's almost dry... we can go outside.

 

I gotta tell you something dear Fuzzy, I like Freddy so much.

I would like to be friends with him, but Bernus is already his friend and besides, I heard he is a bit afraid of strange dogs.
