OK, we cheated. Who wants to spend their Memorial Day in front of a hot grill?

Return visit to Smokin' Al's BBQ on Long Island, which is easier than setting up our own backyard grill for Memorial Day. Probably tastier too. I get the brisket, the smoked chicken thighs and the pulled pork. Last time I took some food home, which almost never happens with me. This time I ate the whole dang plate.
