"Hello people of Gotham! It's me again!" Screens all over Gotham were changed from their reality television and Flappy Birds to a blurry live feed of the Red Hood. "I have a message for Gotham's own, Roman Sionis. You weren't present for Falcone's mob meeting, which means you're still out there wrecking havoc in Gotham's drug world. That being said, time for the real message. You have failed this city, which is why, there are bombs all around your little office building with a one minute timer. But don't run yet... I'm going to give you a choice, you can either run and live. Or you can give up now and let it be quick and easy. Keep in mind, if you choose the former rather than the latter. I will hunt you down and make sure death is as slow and painful as possible. Understood? Great! The timer starts.... now."
