This chart was made by Carl Jung in 1948. Here he sets out the original set of quaternities as a descending series. It was sketched on the back of a manila envelope but did not appear in his complex work called "Aion." Here reproduced and slightly enlarged for reading from "Becoming Whole: Jung' Equation for Realizing God" by Leslie Stein.
