Muse of Painting
While doing my landscapes, thie pretty muse arrived to tell me that she and her sisters had invented my "new style" long ago in the set I called 'Painted Ladies." I told her that the landscapes were indeed something new and different , but she laughed at my folly. I told her that her chocolate brown hair was the key to her beauty and covered her face with a veil of white but she pleaded so sweetly that I uncovered her visage and let her become a goddess again.
