This Is the Way the World Ends
This is Glenn Gould's storage room the way it was left at his death. It seems that no one gets to tie up all the loose ends.
It reminds me of Wittgenstein's 6.431 of his Tractatus. "So too at death the world does not alter, but comes to an end."
Do we all leave such a mess behind? Such a treasure trove for the archeologists, the rag and bone pickers?
