Procrastination

When we found the right place to get in I had to steel myself for the immersion.

 

I didn't dip a toe in for fear it would put me right off taking the plunge.

 

Despite my precautions, I had to wait for the sun to come out, for the wind to die down, for the bugs to get off, for the arm to get scratched.
