catching the 3:30....
Purely by accident,while attempting to catch some winter weather pics(a rare thing during this very unusual midwest winter),the 3:30 UP train came through.I wasn't expecting it,was not prepared for it,and wasn't in a great place to capture it,but I tried my best. The UP mainline runs right through Sterling on its way east toward the UP Global 3 switching yard in Rochelle,IL.
