Everyday is a new day

I’m thankful for every breath I take

I won’t take it for granted

So I learn from my mistakes

It’s beyond my control, sometimes it’s best to let go

Whatever happens in this lifetime

So I trust in love

You have given me peace of mind

 

I can't explain the joy I have in Christ. The best way I know how to describe joy is not happiness; it's a combination of peace and hope. The Lord gives me peace, even when I am troubled.

 

And then there's hope...the hope that no matter what happens in this world, He will walk with me if I trust in Him. And when I die on earth, I will live with Him forever in a place that is not broken.

 

I want you to know that you can have this hope, too. No matter who you are or what you've done, He will accept you if only you will come.
