BARC, or Boone Avenue Retail Center, is under construction at present and will be home to 650 parking spots and several dining and retail outlets once finished. Once completed, student dining will be temporarily housed here while the COG (Circulus Omnium Gonzagorum; bookstore and student dining) is torn down and replaced with a new University Center.)
