Medicine Mural
This is one of two family owned pharmacies in our little town. This is the pharmacy that our family has used for years. Years ago the town doctor was upstairs in this building. The log truck is representative of the amount of logging done in this area; the cotton fields represent the farmers in our river bottom land (Red River); the dogwood blossoms represent the mass of native dogwoods in this area (for 40 or so years we had the dogwood festival each spring); and the inside of view of the soda fountain in the store represents the original store fixtures!
