www.clasificadosyanuncios.org/trabajo/tiempo-completo/tec... bairesdev is currently looking for a technical project leader to join our core team of engineers and consultants, being responsible of the lead, design, development and end-to-end testing. . .the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the main system design and development activities to ensure the on time delivery and quality. in this capacity the design manager is responsible for all aspects of the core development lifecycle. . .the tech lead responsibilities shall include: schedule development, tracking and proactive risk identification, risk management, scope requirements management, managing all aspects of the m activities to meet quality and schedule goals. . .requirements .- bachelorâs degree in computer science, information systems or other related field or equivalent work experience. .- 3+ years in a technical management/leadership experience. .- 5+ years hands-on experience on developing enterprise applications. .- in depth knowledge of evolving trends, methods and products within their technical area. .- ability to troubleshoot and solve problems and work in conjunction with other teams around the globe. .strong interpersonal and communication skills. .- able to work effectively with remote teams with different time zones and cultures. .- available for short trips (around 2 weeks to 1 month) to other companys offices. .- solid english skills (oral and written). .- solid j2ee development skills. .- hibernate and spring knowledge is necessary. .- knowledge on agile methodology is mandatory (scrum master certification is welcome). .- skill on rules engines (drools) and jbpm is a plus. . .if you think you will be a good fit for the position please send us your resume/cv by email with the subject ref: tech lead. technical project leader email de contacto en las imagenes
