Cadillac Mountain View
Aside from the ship coincidentally position center-frame, there is little that would make this a great picture. The image was captured midday. The sky is very unremarkable. Yet still, I enjoy this image.
It is one of those instances when then camera affords you an opportunity to see things that your eyes never could. Like macrophotgraphy, I can zoom into this 8-image pano (NOT ON A MOBILE DEVICE) and it reveals details that would have required binoculars when I was standing there. I'll remember how the 45+ mph wind gusts were jostling me so much that I'd never had steady hands with binoculars anyways.
