Puffy Chocolate Chip Cookies

This link is an old post, but I updated the pictures. The secrets to a puffy, soft cookie is cornstarch instead of baking powder & chilling the dough for at least 30 minutes. You use use whatever type of chocolate you prefer {I generally use bittersweet chips}

 

This is my go to cookie or dessert recipe for a family dinner, bake sale, or as a simple dessert for when I get to craving sweets.
