Habitat: Lowland Rain forest

Location: Peninsular Malaysia

 

This frog is not a great jumper hence its defence mechanism is to secrete a sticky white substance that deters predators from swallowing them.

 

Note: This photo is shows clearly the black spots on its dorsal surface hence the name black spotted sticky frog.
