Snack in Ryazan

Ryazan is rich in variety of cuisine, but I arrived in the city on January 1st—everything was closed. We found a working kiosk where we could get a snack: hot soup with smoked meats and hot burgers with wild boar meat. Delicious.

 

The soup contains smoked meat (pork and beef), potatoes, carrots, onions and spices (salt, pepper)
