Bolshoy Lyuberetsky Quarry

The Bolshoy Lyuberetsky Quarry (also known as the Bolshoy Dzerzhinsky Quarry) is a former sand quarry located southeast of Moscow, now a system of artificial lakes. Sand was once mined here for glass factories, but today it serves as a recreational area where, despite the ban on swimming, local residents find opportunities to relax by the water.
