Mauritanian coffee
It's cold and cloudy outside... I tried to create a warm, romantic atmosphere... I'm sharing Mauritanian coffee with you:
100 ml water; 1 tablespoon coffee (finely ground); cane brown sugar 2 teaspoons; a pinch of black pepper; a pinch of ground cinnamon; half a teaspoon of rose water.
Place coffee, sugar, pepper, cinnamon in the Cezve and fill it with water. Cook over low heat until the coffee cap appears. Pour coffee into a cup and add rose water.
Rose water neutralizes all the bitterness of the drink and the taste is unusual and pleasant.
Rose water itself has a pleasant smell, but a bitter taste, but it has great benefits for the nervous system and the heart. It's better than pills.
For serving, I used cookies, milk chocolate roses, marshmallow hearts and a coffee cat.
