Drill and fill cellulose

Most of this house was blown in from the inside where I could get into the walls from the attic and the tops of the walls where they had opened them up to run the base board heat pipes. leaving mostly just under the windows, by the stairs and where they had changed the windows. This was for Habitat for Humanity in Hamden Connecticut
