ready to go home

They let me go home on Friday--here I am right before I changed into my regular clothes. There is still a long way to go, but I can feel the improvement already. I can stand flat footed on both sides, and the pain is different than before surgery. I can't wait for the swelling to go down so that I can get a real night's sleep.
