Violin cutter

Since a violin is held together with hide glue that is water soluble, it is first necessary to coat the inside raw Spruce and Maple with epoxy. Then the nerve whacking task to fill the hull with expanding foam; to much and the hull slowly explodes.

The bow offer many fine parts for making a mast, boom and goose neck.

This project is underway, so more images to come soon.
