Progreen Smoothie

Packed with protein and greens, this sucker is a vibrant shade and tastes delicious!

First make the green juice base, this makes enough for 2 smoothies...Into the blender:

1 apple

1 collard green leaf

3 kale leaves

handful of spinach

handful of green lettuce

half handful of arugula

5 sprigs parsley

3 cups of water

 

Blend like crazy and pour into a container you can store in the fridge.

 

Then make the smoothie:

2 scoops sweetened banana protein powder

3 cups of green juice base

1 cup of water

A few ice cubes

Optional goodies: flax, hemp, chia, berries, cacao

 

Buzz and serve.
