12Q leans into the curve just before the two sets of CSX diamonds in Fostoria with an interesting assortment of power. The lead two locomotives no longer exist on the NS roster and the third has been relegated to local service. This was the beginning of the end of a varied NS diesel roster and there would be one more brief span of months where leasers joined these veterans before the road freight roster dwindled to nothing but a few common types of locomotive.
