City Beneath the Storm

This is my final Thanksgiving San Francisco weekend posting. It is from the fog show on Black Friday at Marin county. Probably won't see another low fog event for awhile from where I'm from but glad to have had witnessed it at the best place to photograph it.

During the entire morning, I think this exact moment was the peak for lighting for the event. The combination of the colors in the sky combined with the gorgeous glow and artificial lighting of the bridge during the middle part of the blue hour really is a sight to see. The one minute exposure allows for motion of the orange clouds above and the fog literally creates an effect like it is a giant tidal wave swallowing and hovering over San Francisco.

I will have some new Hawaii pictures to show soon and until next time, Mahalo.
