My father always said to me,

Kid, tattoos, on bad guys, you can see,

Or girls from no good family.

But when I saw the girl by the river,

with dark skulls on her skin,

That was not the vision of a sin.

I just thought "dad, you're a huge lier",

Or maybe, a reckless speaker…

I was young and shy when I saw the girl by the river,
