BT Tower

BT Tower, Birmingham

 

The BT Tower (formerly known as the Post Office Tower and, before that the GPO Tower) is the tallest structure in the city.

 

Construction of the tower commenced in July 1963 and was completed in September 1965. The tower became operational in December 1966.
