diary entry 2
After wandering for a little bit today we came across a young man by the name of hans. He said he was panzer gunner and his tank got hit and he was the only one who got out fast enough before the tank exploded. I was glad we ran into him because he had a MG-42 with 2 drum mags. For lunch we had more rations. As we were walking on the road we stumbled across a house. We went inside to check it out and found some cans of soup. which we were all looking forward too, we also found some water jugs. As we came out the back door to check the crates on the side of a house. A stuart came around the corner and we all hit the ground! That scared us all, anyways im going to turn in this is the first time we have slept indoors since the ambush.
