Original anchor Kmart with tenants Winn Dixie, Piece Goods Shop and local independent Northeastern Office Supply.
Kmart moved to a larger location in 1993, closed in 2005 bankruptcy closings. (Damn you Wal-Mart!)
Winn Dixie moved to a former Farm Fresh supermarket across the street in 1997, closing in 2004 bankruptcy closings.
Piece Goods Shop closed in corporate consolidation/bankruptcy with Joann's Fabrics in 1999 (?) Became a Dollar General combined with relocation of local store Northeastern Office Supply.
The shopping center as a whole was torn down in 2004 for a relocated Lowe's store from nearby Port Elizabeth Centre, 1/3 mile west on US 17 Business.
