Smart Sponge Bilge Skimmer
Perfect for Boats with a wet bilge, the SCS Smart Sponge® Bilge Skimmer is 230 mm long and just sits in the bilge all season quietly absorbing hydrocarbons (oil & diesel) from the bilge so that when you pump your bilge out only clean water is discharged into the waterway. The unique Smart Sponge technology locks hydrocarbons (oil) into its structure to create a manageable solid ready for disposal. The Bilge Skimmers are changed each season to ensure minimal polution and provide a very economic method of helping reduce pollution of our waterways.
