So met this guy today ... while talking his wife called two times. “Wow” I said “she must really love you”. He started laughing. “We met really strange way. You Americans will think that’s strange. She was my English teacher when I was 16” he blushed. Technically, I’m half American half European 😊 “After I graduated even though it was very strange I approached her. And we are together ever since”.
Then it made me wonder what was that ?!! Strong love or that passionate Italian nature when you just can’t pass by the things you love. And don’t think about consequences. Even I . . . I would just choke on my feelings before I would say something. Not because I’m against it but rather because most of us don’t really take chances when there’s a 90% chance to be blown off! But Italians . . . Italians don’t live that way ! Maybe that’s why they are the best in fashion, art, opera and this year in soccer & Eurovision.
“We are Italians we are crazy” he laughed.
Now on a different note: I believe things or people we love make us better people. Beauty makes us better. They are the positive in us. And the more beauty we let in inside us the more love we project into the world outside us.
