during Innovating public services in challenging times: Why service design is making a difference at Dublin Castle.
Hosted by the Northern and Western Regional Assembly in conjunction with Irish Design 2015 and the SPIDER project an innovation project funded by Interreg IVB and the European Commission. This major conference will focus on how service design is impacting upon the way services are innovated.
The conference aims to stimulate new ideas, projects and connections that will lead to new and innovative approaches to solving public service challenges.
