On the 28th May 2018 5X92 1524 Exeter St Davids to Penzance passes Starcross.
This is the first IEP I have been in a position to photograph so thought I should.
There appear to be a few sets operating in the South West tat the moment on test trains so the end of the HSTs on London's must be getting closer.
