Anthracophyllum archeri

Fan shaped species found on dead wood from large fallen logs to small sticks. This genus has the capability of decomposing Lignin and has been used in Paper manufacture. Seen in the Distillery Creek area. Found throughout Australia and New Zealand in wet forests.
