PASSEGGIATA LUNGO IL PASSIRIO
Da tempo immemorabile, il Passirio si snoda attraverso Merano. Questo fiume è stato fino all'alto Medioevo una maledizione (inondazioni catastrofiche) e una benedizione (acqua fresca e pulita dal Passirio), oggi è considerato il polmone verde di Merano.
Il Passirio ha sempre accompagnato la città di Merano. Ciò che inizia al Passo del Rombo come una piccola sorgente si trasforma in un fiume rispettabile attraverso numerosi affluenti della Val Passiria, delle Alpi Sarentine e del Gruppo di Tessa.
L'intero corso del fiume Passirio attraverso Merano è un'area ricreativa.

WALK ALONG THE PASSIER RIVER
Since time immemorial, the Passirio has meandered through Merano. Until the early Middle Ages, this river was both a curse (catastrophic floods) and a blessing (fresh, clean water from the Passirio). Today, it is considered the green lung of Merano.
The Passirio has always accompanied the city of Merano. What begins at the Timmelsjoch as a small spring, transforms into a respectable river through numerous tributaries in the Passiria Valley, the Sarntal Alps, and the Texelgruppe mountain range.
The entire course of the Passirio River through Merano is a recreational area.
