MONTE AMARIANA
Il MONTE AMARIANA (La Mariane in friulano) 1.906 m, domina Amaro, con la sua tipica forma piramidale. Dalla cima si ha un panorama amplissimo su tutte le Alpi Carniche e Giulie e sulla pianura fino al mare: una cima ideale per ammirare un magnifico tramonto. Punto di partenza è la Forca del Cristo, raggiungibile in auto da Amaro, dove si imbocca il sentiero CAI 414, che sale nel bosco.

MONTE AMARIANA (La Mariane in Friulian) 1,906 m, dominates Amaro, with its typical pyramidal shape. From the top you have a very broad panorama over all the Carnic and Julian Alps and over the plain to the sea: an ideal peak for admiring a magnificent sunset. The starting point is the Forca del Cristo, reachable by car from Amaro, where you take the CAI path 414, which climbs into the woods.
