La guerra in Ucraina potrebbe generare un effetto domino su organizzazioni e Paesi di tutto il mondo: dal possibile attacco della Cina a Taiwan, alla destabilizzazione dei Paesi baltici, fino ad una possibile guerra commerciale con l’Europa.
La Russia e la NATO non hanno interesse in un conflitto globale, che con armi nucleari potrebbe portare alla cosiddetta “distruzione mutua assicurata”. Tuttavia, quando una guerra inizia è difficile prevedere gli sviluppi e le conseguenze. In gioco non è soltanto il destino dell’Ucraina, ma quello degli equilibri in Europa e della capacità di difesa della NATO.

The war in Ukraine could generate a domino effect on organizations and countries around the world: from the possible attack by China on Taiwan, to the destabilization of the Baltic countries, up to a possible trade war with Europe.
Russia and NATO have no interest in a global conflict, which with nuclear weapons could lead to so-called "mutual assured destruction". However, when a war begins it is difficult to predict its developments and consequences. At stake is not only the fate of Ukraine, but that of the balance in Europe and of NATO's defense capability.
