Un doppio blitz delle forze speciali francesi a Dammartin-en-Goele (nord di Parigi) e a Porte de Vincennes (sud della capitale): sono stati uccisi i fratelli Kouachi, autori della strage nella redazione del settimanale Charlie Hebdo e Amedy Coulibaly che nella capitale teneva in ostaggio almeno 6 persone in un supermercato ebraico. La sua complice invece è riuscita a fuggire. In centro quattro agenti sono rimasti feriti, quattro ostaggi hanno perso la vita (tre di loro sarebbero morti già prima dell’assalto) e altri quattro sarebbero gravissimi. Il dipendente della stamperia di Dammartin si era invece nascosto dentro uno scatolone e gli attentatori non sapevano che fosse all’interno della fabbrica: è uscito indenne dall’assalto....

A double blitz by French special forces in Dammartin-en-Goele (north of Paris) and Porte de Vincennes (south of the capital): the Kouachi brothers, perpetrators of the massacre in the editorial offices of the weekly Charlie Hebdo, and Amedy Coulibaly, who was holding at least 6 people hostage in a Jewish supermarket in the capital, were killed. His accomplice, however, managed to escape. In the city center, four officers were injured, four hostages lost their lives (three of them are said to have died before the attack) and four others are said to be in very serious condition. The employee of the Dammartin printing plant had hidden inside a box and the attackers did not know he was inside the factory: he emerged unharmed from the attack....
