The Arab Table by May S. Bsisu

I invited Sigurd's vegetarain aunt to dinner and I was inspired to make this meal. Very tasty with lots of olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. The unusual ingredients I had to buy was for the spinach triangles, ground sumac and pomegranate syrup. Ella tried every dish but she only liked the lentil dish and a bit of the spinach triangles. I said she did great trying everything.
