A retail temple?
The former Co-operative Emporium (Co-operative House) on the junction of Liverpool Road and Berry Street in Stoke town, Stoke-on-Trent. It sits just outside the town centre on what was a busy thoroughfare in the past.
This imposing old shop was built in 1924 but there appears to be little information about its history, aĺthough I have seen discussions regarding the purchase of school uniforms from this store.
