I haven't had stitch since I was a kid!
Greater Stitchwort (Stellaria holostea) shining out in the undergrowth of Consall Nature Park, close to Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
Its name seems to be related to an old remedy for stitch in the side (although I'm not sure how), and also has common names such as; Wedding Cakes, Daddy's Shirt Buttons and Star of Bethlehem.
