A brilliant mistake

This monument stands in a central area of "colonial" Puebla which is known as the City of Angels. It's official name is "El Angel Custodio" The Guardian Angel but some people call it the "Avenging Angel"since it was the parting gift/blow by the outgoing city mayor. The most irreverent call it Monument to the Fallopian Tubes.
