Materials
So... 80 Grit Nail File (Peach,) Salon Board, that's one side, 100 grit, one side 180 grit, (Black,) and a 3 way buffer block. All are by "Trim" nail care and can be found in the CVS. (I already had the salon board, hence the signs of wear.) The tissue paper and bubble wrap came on her sleeping head, but I put it on each head in turn to protect it while I worked on the ears.
I used the Peach first, then the Black (each side in turn,) then "smooth" and "buff" on the buffer block. I did not use the "Shine" side of the buffer block because well... I didn't want her ears to be glaringly shiny.
