Rousillon, Provence
Given that I will be limited in the number of interesting things I can photograph while I'm not able to walk and explore, I've decided to intersperse pics of upstate New York in its fall glory with random photos from my last six months when I was flickr free.
These will be from the three places I lived during that time - Avignon, France, where I spent a month last April, plus Arizona and Indonesia where I was the rest of the time.
This shot is from a small village in Provence in the late afternoon light. Rousillon is one of the most picturesque villages in France, with all the buildings made from some variation of the local rust-colored rock and clay.
