Homicide memorial for Joey Hilson on Highland Avenue in Niagara Falls, New York. Hilson was gunned down in front of Max's Lounge on Highland Ave Saturday August 22nd, 2015. Police say there were about 50-100 witnesses who saw the shooting go down, yet so far no one has been willing to name the shooter. Police say witnesses on scene were telling each other not to tell the police who shot Hilson.

Police are looking for the public's help in identifying the suspect in a fatal shooting outside a Highland Avenue bar early Saturday.
Police responded to the scene outside the bar, located at 3030 Highland Ave., after reports of a man shot at 1:47 a.m. Police said the victim, who has been identified as Fajri Hilson of Niagara Falls, was shot multiple times.
Police indicate upwards of 50 to 100 people were in the immediate area when the shooting occurred.
Officers responding to the scene witnessed a speeding vehicle leaving the area and later determined Hilson was a passenger in the vehicle. Officers were then directed to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, where Hilson was transported in the private vehicle.
Hilson was treated at the hospital, but succumbed to his injuries early Saturday.
Niagara Falls Police have launched an investigation into the incident and are currently seeking information from witnesses in the crowd and others who may have information regarding the shooting.
