Just soak it in
The Himalaya. And the Karakorams.
This picture was taken on a flight from Srinagar to Leh in Ladakh. The two peaks in front are Nun and Kun (both above 7000 mtrs). They are in Zanskar and are a part of the Himalaya. The peak at 12 O'clock is the Nanga Parbat- an eight thousander. Far to the right are the other 8000 m peaks. They are not in one place but in one picture. They are separated by about 400 kms at least. Foreground is in India and background is in Pakistan.
Beyond the range to the left of Nanga Parbat are the two peaks of Tirich Mir and Noshaq. Tirich Mir is in Chitral and Noshaq on the other side of the Durand Line in Badakhsan, Afghanistan.
