The schematic restaurant PLAN is diagrammatic and not site specific. It includes augmented thermal collectors in an EW line with box cookers.
Region and site specific design development inputs include: target for concentrator, reflector shape and incline position , and selected materials for reflectors.
The cooker boxes and counter-top are sized to permit reaching in to all inside areas (underside of glass, etc.) for cleaning and maintenance.
Box cookers prefabricated with open E and W sides may be bolted together at the site, to reduce materials duplication and have air flow between box cookers.
