Greater Sage Grouse (Centrocercus urophasianus)

 

After Nebraska I traveled over through Wyoming to a Sage Grouse Lek. The jouney was a little tricky time wise as I was trying to get ahead of more snow.

Figuring the high elevation passes would either close or require chains, I made the most of a snow free day to get over to the Grouse Lek.
